About Renee Siegel

Founder of 9 Paths to Success in Scottsdale, AZ

For more than 35 years, I have been privileged to work alongside individuals, families, and companies. With a counseling, consulting, and training background, I have worked with many to identify both their personal and professional goals, and then set a path to achieve them.

I am skilled at change management, adjusting and being flexible as needs shift in this fast moving world we live in.

Originally educated as a Marriage and Family Therapist in 1980 in Detroit, Michigan, I cultivated a deep understanding that we all do not see the world in the same way, not only with gender, cultural, and age differences.

After graduating, I was placed in a practicum in an inner-city treatment center to work with women who were alone, addicted, and raising children with very few parenting skills. From there, I went on to work in several hospital settings with a private practice on the side.

In my private practice, I dealt with professionals, both men and women, who were dealing with job dissatisfaction and deep desires to make more of their lives, and who were feeling disempowered.

I began to speak, train, and design programs early in my career and I was told repeatedly that I was warm, professional, skilled, and had much to offer as a trainer and presenter.

Always drawn to wellness and how that might help sustain change, I obtained additional certifications and licenses to incorporate complimentary aspects of care into my practice. I opened a wellness center where many professionals requested counseling about their vocations and to deal with job dissatisfaction.

The agencies grew from one to three and as they grew, I was unprepared for just how busy I had become. At the same time, I was introduced to a tool that affected me profoundly both personally and professionally called the “9 Paths to Success.”

As someone who is an eternal student, I thought it might be useful to manage my life and the stress of my growing business. I was also not prepared for how drawn I would be to learning about these 9 Paths and just how much more there was to learn. Later on, I quickly realized that the more I learned, the more I did not know.

Consulting with family and friends about their own businesses and how the 9 Paths to Success might be helpful, I began to conduct corporate trainings. One of the last certifications I have obtained to date is “The 9 Paths to Success in Business” ensuring that I could successfully transition between clinical and corporate settings and speak the appropriate language.

The 9 Paths allows me to work collaboratively with those I serve to assess and evaluate what is working and what is not. I find it to be accurate and able to address a wider variety of concerns because it is holistic and asks about the underlying motivations for thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. There are three areas I specialize in: Improving Relationships, Wellness Strategies, and Addictions.

I hope I can be of assistance to YOU!

Best Regards,

“Could you be more effective in addressing conflict in your life?”
